Go Welsh work has hit the pages of another book. Brochure Design 12 is "...a collection of the world's best brochure design offer[ing] hundreds of ideas, pages of inspiration, and armloads of advice for professional graphic designers and students alike."



Hitting Amazon with the launch of Design:Portfolio was a great feeling but now comes news that the book has been picked up by a publisher, Page One, who has re-issued the book for the Asian market. Yes!

Philadelphia Design Awards


Nine projects representing work for five clients were selected for AIGA Philadelphia's "Philadelphia Design Awards" exhibit at The Trust Venue in the Old City section of Philadelphia. Go Welsh also received two of the four Judge's Choice awards.

AAF Cleveland


Professional Development Luncheon presentation to members of AAF Cleveland followed by a tour of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum designed by I.M. Pei.

One Show Design Awards


Studio principal Craig Welsh took to the podium in New York City to hand out gold, silver, and bronze pencils. The event was held at the IAC Building designed by Frank Gehry.

AIGA Salt Lake City


A trip to present the studio's work to a receptive mix of professionals and students from approximately eight universities in Utah. The presentation was followed by a series of student portfolio reviews and dinner with chapter board members. Thanks, SLC - had a great time.

Stretch Conference


Honored to have been asked to deliver the keynote presentation at the Second Annual Stretch Conference at Marywood University. Inspiring and gifted illustrators Mark Schultz and John Kascht rounded out the line-up for 2013.

One Show Design Judging


Spent a week in Brooklyn with a dozen gifted designers from around the world to judge thousands of submissions for One Show Design. Congratulations to everyone who received pencils and/or made it in the annual. Well done.

Hamilton Wood Type


A quick trip to Two Rivers, Wisconsin to connect with photographer Ryan Heffernan. We spent a couple days capturing images of Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum's last days in its original factory buildings. It will have a new home as of Summer 2013.
